Product characteristics
Based on the clear, honest, and sufficient information you provide about the product, the consumer must be able to make
an informed decision about the purchase and know what he or she is buying. You should also consider yourself what information

- What the product can be used for (for example, the pan is suitable for induction);
- How long it will take to deliver the product
(for example, the delivery time for the glasses is three weeks).
2. Where the product comes from, how and when it was made:
- Where the product comes from (for example, “Made in Aruba”);
- How it was made (for example, by hand or by machine);
- When it was made (check when this is important, for example if a product expires or is perishable).
3. Who makes or offers the product:
- Who made the product (information about the producer or manufacturer);
- Whether the product was made under the supervision of an expert (certain quality marks, for example CE).
