Complaint about the AFTA
When you fill in and submit this complaint form, the AFTA’s complaint coordinator will automatically receive your complaint. The complaint coordinator will email
you a confirmation of receipt within five working days after receiving the complaint. Within four weeks after you have submitted the complaint, the complaint
coordinator will inform you in writing about the handling of the complaint.
