Complaint about the AFTA

When you fill in and submit this complaint form, the AFTA’s complaint coordinator will automatically receive your complaint. The complaint coordinator will email you an acknowledgment of receipt within five working days after receiving your complaint. Within four weeks after you have submitted your complaint, the complaint coordinator will inform you in writing about the handling of your complaint.

Please provide a brief and business‑like description of your complaint. A complaint may relate to:

  • dissatisfaction with the conduct or omission of the AFTA as an organization;
  • dissatisfaction with the conduct or omission of an AFTA employee. If the complaint concerns the way an AFTA employee has performed or acted in a specific situation, please include the name of this employee.

Please attach copies of any relevant documents related to your complaint.
