Boogaard intends to take over Seguro Geerman’s customer portfolio (concentration notification).

On 1 July 2025, the Aruba Fair Trade Authority (AFTA) received a notification from Boogaard Assurantiën N.V. (Boogaard) regarding a potential concentration according to the Article 3.1, paragraph 1 of the Competition Ordinance.
