The Board of Directors of the Aruba Fair Trade Authority (hereinafter: the AFTA) has made a decision in response to the notice of objection dated February 10, 2025, submitted by Mr. L.D. Gomez in his capacity as authorized representative of Noord Medical Center N.V. (hereinafter: Medlab), against the decision of the AFTA dated January 20, 2025. In this decision, the AFTA declares Medlab’s objection unfounded and upholds the contested decision, with additional reasoning as set out in this decision.
