On March 13, 2024, The Aruba Fair Trade Authority (AFTA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Fair Trade Authority Curacao (FTAC), to enhance cooperation and exchange of information and knowledge in the field of competition law.
The MOU was signed by the Chairman of AFTA, Mr. Filomeno Roly Sint Jago, and the Chairman of FTAC (Fair Trade Authority Curacao), Mrs. Miroslava Wedervoort, in the presence of the directors of both organizations. This MOU represents a significant step for both organizations as it strengthens their capacities and abilities.
